PAYE is how HMRC collects taxes, National Insurance (NI), and student loan repayment contributions from employees’ wages. All deductions are required to be accurate, and be perceptible on each payslip that is created for your members of staff. This also includes specific adjustments for variable absences, as well as contract terminations.
