This shortlist is a fantastic achievement for advo and in particular for Chris Lock whose submission secured advo’s place. Chris commented:

As mentioned by Chris, this year’s submission was based around a Fertility support solution put forward by Chris and implemented for one of his clients. This is a particular emotive topic and demonstrates how employers are striving to invest in the overall wellbeing of their employees and understanding the link between improved wellbeing and business performance.
