advo’s Sue Smith has been announced as a finalist in the Women in Protection Awards as the ‘Adviser of the Year’.
The awards aim to ‘celebrate the leading women within the life, protection and health insurance industry’.
Sue is advo’s current Head of Private Clients, a profitable part of the organisation. Throughout Sue’s long career she has been committed to raising industry standards and has been active for many years with industry trade association AMII (Association of Medical Insurers and Intermediaries) as a founding member, committee member and Vice Chair helping to support and create today’s compliance structures.
Sue,on hearing she is a finalist for ‘Adviser of the Year’, commented
“I am absolutely delighted to be singled out as a worthy finalist by my peers. I like to think I lead by example and am still able to demonstrate that a ‘lady of a certain age’ can keep pace with any member of the younger generation. It may be my 35th year as an adviser, but my passion for doing the very best for my clients remains as strong as ever.”
