advo recognised for using technology to improve customer experience

advo are finalists in the UK Broker Awards in the ‘Digital Broker Award’ which recognises insurance ‘broking’ firms that have integrated technology to improve their client experience.

Now in their 25th year, the UK Broker Awards are the leading platform for national recognition within the whole of the UK insurance broker market.

The Digital Broker Award is described as ‘focusing on the effective use of technology by brokers as part of the wider shift to digitalisation.’ The Judges are looking at how firms have interacted with customers through platforms such as websites, apps and mobile devices with evidence of enhanced customer service due to the application of their technology in addition to evidence of greater efficiency and more profitable business.

Colin Boxall, advo’s commercial director said “we are absolutely delighted that our focus on using technology to improve the ‘working lives’ of our clients has again been recognised by our peers. The use of our own technology in conjunction with highly competent and motivated people is a powerful proposition.”

The overall winner will be revealed at an awards presentation in London on 14 September 2018.
