Working closely with the employee benefits department, the team are able to source continuation of cover for employees exiting the business, as well as bridging the gap where, for example, benefits available through company insurances may not be as rich as desired by the individual.

There are also occasions where company schemes are not available due to scheme size and individual insurance must be sourced. Examples include employees who are seconded abroad and require International Healthcare as well as Travel Insurance for a select portion of staff who regularly travel for business.
