Healthcare provider Simplyhealth has been shortlisted for two awards by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) for its 2013 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, taking place 26 February 2013 at the Lancaster London Hotel. Mark Day, Customer Services Director at Simplyhealth says; “We won the Customer Commitment award in 2012, so to be shortlisted again for this award plus the Customer Focus award is a great achievement. The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards to be accredited by an approved professional body. The ICS’s main purpose is to lead customer service performance and professionalism.
