Medicash Receives Top Customer Service Accreditation


Leading health cash plan provider Medicash has received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in an assessment of customer experience by Investor in Customers (IIC). The Liverpool-based firm underwent a rigorous assessment by the IIC, an independent organisation which uses feedback from customers, intermediaries, staff and senior management to establish how well a business understands its customer needs, delivers products and services that meet those needs and engenders loyalty in customers and staff.

Customers of Medicash awarded top scores for the ‘quality of its products and services’ and ‘value for money’, along with the ‘fairness, integrity and honesty’ of Medicash customer service staff.
