Legal & General launch new healthy living programme


Legal & General have announced their new Healthy Living Programme in partnership with roadtohealth, a leading provider of membership based health programmes. Healthy Living is an online health assessment tool, unique within the individual Protection market and free to all new protection customers who purchase a life, critical illness, Income Protection or whole of life policy.

It enables them to assess, monitor and improve their health online through providing answers to a range of health and life style related questions.

This assessment generates a personal Q score which gives customers a guide to how they compare healthwise with 100 people of the same age, race and gender. Healthy Living allows customers to set realistic goals for improvements they may want to make towards enjoying a healthy lifestyle. It also gives customers the option to subscribe to useful email communications such as personal online coaching, hints and tips, plus regular online newsletters and articles on topical health subjects.
