advo recognised for use of technology to improve customer experience

 

advo is against some tough competition in this year’s Digital InsurTech Awards as the only broker against a range of international insurance companies.

Now in their sixth year, the prestigious Digital InsurTech Awards recognise organisations and individuals in the insurance technology industry who are leading and adopting advances to improve their business and the experience of their customers.

In recognising advo as a finalist the judges said that they “have considered you [advo] to be a strong contestant for the Customer Experience Award – Consumer due to the strong evidence in garnering trust, brand loyalty, and better connect with your customers, through the adoption of new development and innovation.”

Open to intermediaries and insurers the ‘Customer Experience Award – Consumer’ will be awarded to the organisation that can demonstrate how the adoption of a new development or innovation has helped it better connect with its customers.

advo are finalists alongside insurance giants Aviva, AXA Insurance and Zurich Insurance.

advo uses its own in-house technology to manage payroll, HR support and employee benefits through linked management platforms and staff portals.

Commenting on advo’s success as a finalist Kevin Crew advo’s IT Director said “I am very proud of my team and the way they work so closely with all other parts of advo to allow our customers to get the most from the service we offer. I believe we are unique in the way we blend our technology with the expert advice advo people deliver.”

The event takes place at Banking Hall, London on the 23rd of November, falling on a Friday.
