advo joins ellenor in raising money

 

ellenor, the Kent based charity that was recently rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, held its Great Gatsby Orange Ball at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in London’s Park Lane last Friday evening.

In an evening steeped in 1920’s glamour advo were hosts to clients and advo staff who have worked hard in supporting the ellenor charity. One of ellenor’s celebrity patrons, Phil Spencer, welcomed everyone to what was to be a fantastic evening raising money for this well deserved charity.

Other celebrities bringing some glitz to the evening included Good Morning Britain host Charlotte Hawkins, also a ellenor patron, who was joined by her Strictly Come Dancing partner Brendan Cole who both gave an impromptu turn around the dance floor.

The evening was a great success raising a raised a magnificent £53,652

ellenor’s aim is to help families facing terminal illness helping families stay together enabling people to be cared for and die in their own homes wherever possible.
